Ingram, James L. Sr., of Gibsonton, FL passed away February 10, 2009. James was a resident of Gibsonton since 1952 and was a founding member of Gardenville Baptist Church. He was in the U.S. Army Air Corp-WWII where he received the Meritorious Service Award. His favorite things in life were his family, his orange trees, and his prize-winning Valencia oranges. James is survived by his wife of 64 years, Marguerite Hagadorn Ingram; sons, James L. Ingram, Jr. (Shirley Fields-Ingram), Ronald G. Ingram, Rowland A. Ingram; daughter, Patricia E. Grooms (James Grooms); brother, Tommy Ingram; sister, Joyce Brown; four grandchildren, Timothy Ingram, James Grooms, Jr., Teresa Grooms (Lynn), Craig Grooms; and seven great-grandchildren. Services will be held at Serenity Meadows Funeral Home in Riverview, Florida, Monday, February 16, 2009, at 11:00 a.m. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
