FISHER, James William, 79 of Riverview passed away on Monday, June 23, 2008. James moved to the area 7 years ago from Michigan and attended St. Stephen Catholic Church. He was an active member in both Moose lodge #2178 and the American Legion post #148. He loved sports and his family. He is predeceased by his son: William David Fisher. He is survived by: his loving wife of 35 years, Barbara; son, Robert Hovis; daughters, Janet Fisher and Lynne Hunt; brother, John Fisher; 4 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren. Memorial services will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, June 26, 2008 at Serenity Meadows Memorial Park, 6919 Providence Rd., Riverview. The family will receive friends two hours prior to the service.
