James Oblin Culpepper, 75, of Riverview, FL, passed away at Saint Joseph's Hospital in Tampa, FL on June 07th, 2022. James was born September 9th, 1946 to parents Elbie and Annie Culpepper in Plant City, FL James (known to family and friends as "Jim") is a graduate of Pinecrest High School and the University of South Florida. Jim worked in the commercial construction industry for many years before health issues mandated his retirement. An avid reader, Jim also enjoyed fishing, collecting knives, guns and every tool and widget offered by Lowes or The Home Depot he could find. Jim was preceded to heaven by his beloved wife Sue, who passed away on May 29th, 2022. He is survived by his children Paul, Phillip, Stephanie, Melanie, and Carrie.
