Bailey, James Russell, Sr., 68, passed away on September 14, 2007. Originally from New York, he moved to Florida from Chesterfield, Virginia in 1993. He worked in construction doing heavy highway work and retired from Granite Construction. He is survived by his loving family: wife of 39 years, Jane; son: James (Martha) Bailey, Jr.; daughters: Denise (David) Knights, Donna (Dennis) Waters, Debbie (Orvil) Bates; brother: Robert W. (Mary) Bailey; 6 grandchildren, 2 nieces and 1 nephew.
