Wilt, Jake Richard, 23, of Riverview, passed away on August 18, 2015. He graduated from Newsome High School in Lithia and had earned an Associate's Degree in college. He is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Philip and Dorothy Wilt, and maternal grandfather, James F. Sneed. Jake is survived by his loving family, parents, Jim and Melissa Wilt; brother, Jason Wilt; sister, Jennifer Wilt; fianc, Raquel Hitsman; maternal grandmother, Wilma Sneed; aunts and uncles, Becky Behrman, Connie Weeks, Phil Wilt, George (Julie) Sneed, Peti (Steven) Daniel, Patti (Lee) Lane, Peggi Sneed, and Kim Sneed; and many cousins. There will be a Funeral Mass on Saturday, August 22, 2015 at 1:30 pm at St. Stephen Catholic Church. Although Jake will be dearly missed by his family and friends, they find comfort knowing that he will live on through organ donation.
