Growing up in the streets of the Bronx, NY, with his brothers Carlos, Willie, and sister Inez. He loved playing basketball and baseball with his best friends Colorao, Louie, Chino, whom he built life long friendships and even started families around the same time.

Proverbs 3:5-6

5 Trust in the Lord with all your heart,

and do not lean on your own understanding.

6 In all your ways acknowledge him,

and he will make straight your paths.

Jaime's Legacy starts with his 6 children : Nina , Tracie, Jimmy , Aniel , Isvara Mia & Armando and continue with 8 grandchildren: Jayden, Gabrielle, Emmela, Joshua, Elijah , Michael Antonio , Maliyah Selenia & Nova Inez, Son in-laws Cesar & Robert, and Daughter in-laws Taylor and Christal. As well as his Wife Vilma Jimenez, & his two brothers, Carlos & Wilfredo Gonzalez.

Jaime was a man of many hats... His most important of all his was the one he wore the most, being a Father! He loved his family more than anything in the world! He has done everything from being a business owner to job developer for the unemployed. Even his passion for sports lead him to not only be fully involved sports Dad but he also volunteered as a coach for little league in the Bronx.

Through the years there have been ups and downs and Dad had many seasons in his life, yet Dad survived the storms with his head held high and his heart filled with the Lord. He was a prayer warrior who loved life here on earth, but his time had come and he was ready to begin his eternal life with his Heavenly Father and the ones he loved who had gone before him.

Dad lived his last 20+ years thanking Jesus through his own journey of praise and worship, through his pain, through his healing , through knowing he was forgiven as he asked for forgiveness.

Romans 8: 37-39 (NIV)

37 .. in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. 38 For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, 39 neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Proverbs 3:5-6

5 Trust in the Lord with all your heart,

and do not lean on your own understanding.

6 In all your ways acknowledge him,

and he will make straight your paths.

Footprints in the Sands

One night I dreamed a dream.

As I was walking along the beach with my Lord.

Across the dark sky flashed scenes from my life.

For each scene, I noticed two sets of footprints in the sand,

One belonging to me and one to my Lord.

After the last scene of my life flashed before me,

I looked back at the footprints in the sand.

I noticed that at many times along the path of my life,

especially at the very lowest and saddest times,

there was only one set of footprints.

This really troubled me, so I asked the Lord about it.

"Lord, you said once I decided to follow you,

You'd walk with me all the way.

But I noticed that during the saddest and most troublesome times of my life,

there was only one set of footprints.

I don't understand why, when I needed You the most, You would leave me."

He whispered, "My precious child, I love you and will never leave you

Never, ever, during your trials and testings.

When you saw only one set of footprints,

It was then that I carried you."

Always Remember to say Thank You Jesus. TKJ !  & God Bless You.
