Waters, Jacquelyne D. 84, of Brandon passed away on Thursday, March 8, 2012. Born in Jacksonville, Florida Mrs. Waters had been a local resident since 1988. She enjoyed her family and watching television. Survivors include her daughter; Tanya (Ray) Higginbotham; grandsons, Justin Johnston; Rick Johnston and her great granddaughter Tiffany Johnston. The family will receive friends at Serenity Meadows Funeral Home on Tuesday, March 13, 2012 from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. A funeral service will follow at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor John Martin of Bell Shoals Baptist Church officiating. Burial at Serenity Meadows Memorial Park will immediately follow the service. Memorial donations may be made to the charity of one's choice.
