In Loving Memory of Jackie L. Stewart

It is with heavy hearts that we bid farewell to a remarkable soul, Jackie Lee Stewart, who passed away on Wednesday, October 25th, surrounded by her loving children. Jackie, who was 77 years young, leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and strength.

A devoted mother, tenacious grandmother, Jackie always brought strength to her family. She also embraced the role of a funny great-grandmother, creating countless memories.

Jackie was a resilient widow, and her loss leaves a void in the hearts of those who knew and loved her. She resided in Riverview, Florida, where she was blessed with wonderful neighbors who became an extended family.

For many years, Jackie and her late husband owned a business in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin, making her a long-term resident of the area. Their dedication and hard work became part of the community's history.

Jackie was a vibrant woman with a zest for life. She enjoyed the simple pleasures, such as bowling, playing bingo, and sharing laughter with her close-knit circle of girlfriends. Her love for family was unwavering, and it was evident in her warm smile and open heart.

Jackie is survived by her children, Kenny and Senta Holmes and grandchildren, Calandra (Paul) Fenty, Kendra Holmes, Mathew, Cj, and Jordan Hall and five great grandchildren.  As well as her, Patty Marshal, Shirley (Marvin) Young, Ross (Martha) Somerville and many nieces and nephews.

Jackie is now reunited with her beloved husband, Rufus (Jr) Stewart, her parents, Rolla and Ruby Mae, her sisters, Marsha and Becky,  brothers Butch Somervill Jr. and Donald Penndell. She is also joined by close friends and some dear nieces and nephews, who welcomed her into their eternal embrace.

Jackie Lee Stewart's legacy will live on in the hearts of those she touched. Her laughter, love, and strength will be remembered, and she will forever be cherished in the memories of her family and friends. Rest in peace, dear Jackie, your journey here may have ended, but your love and spirit will endure.

A private service will be held in Riverview for family and friends on Saturday November 4, 2023, family will also have a service in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin; date and time yet to be determined.
