Jack Charles Bolen, 82, of Brandon, Florida passed away September 25, 2025. He was born on May 26, 1943 in Atlanta, Georgia to C.M. Mac and Anne Dennard Bolen.

He was preceded in death by his loving wife and best friend of 53 years, June, brothers Rev R.M Bolen and Arthur Frank Murphy and his wife Anne, and granddaughter, Nikki.

Jack is survived by their son Dr. Bobby Bolen, daughter-in-law Sally, brother-in-law Fred Busby (Karen), grandson Tim, Granddaughters Breezy (Nate) and Bethie (Eaton), great grandchildren Taylor, Arianna, Teddy, Kalvin, Lily Jo, and Kamryn.

He was past President of Tampa Chapter SAR, founder of the Tampa Bay Civil War Round Table, member of Capital View Lodge 640, as well as several other organizations.

Services will be held for Jack on Thursday, October 2, 2025 at Serenity Meadows Memorial Park and Funeral Home, 6919 Providence Rd, Riverview FL 33578. Visitation will be from 12pm to 1pm with a funeral service at 1pm and a graveside service to follow.
