Bert was born October 27, 1967 in
Tampa, to Hubert and Lucille (Timberman) Speller.

He is survived by his loving family,
soulmate; Claudine Lamy Speller,
son; Steven-Andre,
daughter; Kimberly Rose,
mother; Lucille,
brothers; Timothy, Eddie and Keith, and his
sister; Kelly.

Services will be held at Serenity Meadows
Funeral Home Chapel.
Visitation will be Friday, March 23, 2007 from
4:00 pm - 6:00 pm. A Funeral Service will be
Saturday, March 24, 2007 at 10:00 am.
