Fox, Howard L., Jr., 61, of Valrico, passed away on March 21, 2017. Howard will be greatly missed by all who knew him. He is survived by his loving family, wife, Diane Fox; sons, Howard Fox, III, and Josh Fox; daughter, Heather Fox (Sergio Santiago); sister, Merrill Conner; and granddaughter, Leyla Santiago. There will be a memorial service on Monday, March 27, 2017 at 7:00 pm at The River Church, Studio B, 3738 River International Dr., Tampa.
