Franco, Helen Jean, 83, of Riverview passed away on March 3, 2015. She was born on October 20, 1931 in Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania to the late Clinton Leroy and Mary Ann Pettigrew. Helen was the home and caregiver to her family, in her spare time she liked to watch birds, play cards, and enjoyed working in the garden. Helen is survived by her children; Alfred Franco, Lawrence Franco (Tammy), Christine D. Franco, Glenda J. Capotorto (Nick), and Brenda D. Eisele (Jeff), grandchildren; Tony Capotorto, Genevieve Milner, Amanda Taylor, Kevin Mansfield, Bryan Parrish, Thomas Capotorto, Larry Franco Jr., Daniel Eisele, and Jacob Montigny , 7 great grandchildren, a brother Robert Pettigrew. Helen was preceded in death by her husband Frank R. Franco in 2001, a son Frank Franco, brothers; Billy Pettigrew, and Ralph Pettigrew, a sister Betty Warrick. Services will be held at a later date.
