Cormier, Helen, 93, of Valrico and Riverview, passed away on May 7, 2009 after a short illness. Helen was a member of the Nativity Food Pantry and also of St. Stephen Catholic Church. She is preceded in death by her husband, Joseph; and son, Joe. Helen is survived by her son, John (Mary) Cormier, and many loving grandchildren and great-grandchildren. There will be a gathering of friends and family on Sunday, May 10, 2009 from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Serenity Meadows Funeral Home. A Funeral Mass will be conducted on Monday, May 11, 2009 at 11:30 a.m. at St. Stephen Catholic Church, 4950 Bell Shoals Road, Valrico, FL 33596. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the St. Vincent de Paul Society at St. Stephen Catholic Church or to the Nativity Food Pantry, 705 E. Brandon Blvd, Brandon, FL 33511
