Hall, Harvey W., 61, of Plant City passed away on January 4, 2016. He was a very kind and generous person. Harvey was a big hearted family man who is survived by his wife of 13 years, Melinda Hall; children, Victoria Hall, Matthew Jenkins, and Danielle Hall; grandson, Dominic Jenkins; sister, Diane (Frank) Foxworth; niece, Krystal Hendricks; nephew Marcus Waldron; and his extended family. He is preceded in death by his parents, Damon and Fannie Belle Hall; brother, Damon Hall; and sister, Reda Castellano. Harvey is loved and will be missed by many.
