Cox Sr., Harrell Ray, 69, of Brandon passed away on March 22, 2015. He was born on March 9, 1946 in Ruskin, Florida to the late Robert and Cassie Cox. Harrell loved to build and restore cars, he was a member of the Hot Rod Club, and he loved to work and repair different types of equipment. Harrell is survived by his wife of 38 years Judy, a son Harrell Ray Cox, Jr. (Tina), daughters; Joann Blanton, Diane Carlson (Ray), Crystal Cox, Cynthia Leon (Ryan), Ericka Wilson, 12 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, a brother Paul Cox (Evelyn), sisters Ann Robbins (Roy), and Betty Brant (Fred). Harrell was preceded in death by brothers; Ned, Willie, Robert, and Leon, sisters; Jeanette Matters, Pearline Mills, and Bernice Rimes. A Memorial service will take place on Friday, March 27, 2015 at 7pm at Serenity Meadows Funeral Home. The family will receive guests from 6:30pm to the start of the service.
