Gregory P Karppinen, 59, passed away on April 8, 2022, at St. Joseph's Hospital in Riverview, Florida. He was born in Hancock, Michigan on June 15, 1962. He spent most of his life in Strongsville, Ohio and relocated to Florida in the early 1980's. He was employed by Ford Motor Credit for the last twenty years. He is survived by his daughter Kady Karppinen, mother Sheila O'Banion, sister Kristen Gindlesperger, uncle John Cardoni, and several nieces and nephews. Greg's favorite pastime was the great outdoors – fishing and hunting. He was a loving father who devoted his life to his daughter. He was preceded in death by his father Wayne Karppinen. He will be greatly missed by friends and family.
