Glenda Brown Roth of Valrico, Florida, died October 1, 2014. Born in Cincinnati, Ohio, to Charlotte and C. Ray Brown, she was an accomplished musician who generously shared her time and talent with others. She studied music at Maryville College and University of Cincinnati before graduating with honors from University of South Florida with a degree in gerontology. Glenda was first and foremost devoted to her family. A loving wife, mother, and grandmother, she is survived by her husband, Richard; her children, Christine and Steven; and her grandchildren: Helen, William, Thomas, and Simone. A memorial service will be held on Monday, October 6, 2014 at 3:30pm at Serenity Meadows Funeral Home. The family will receive guests from 3:00pm to the start of the service. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Glenda's name to the Alzheimer's Association or Lifepath Hospice.
