SIMMONS, Gladys, 88, went to her
eternal rest on March 12, 2007.

Mrs. Simmons was born September 8, 1917 in Ohio to the late
Elmer and Rachel Mae (Brooks) Everetts. She was preceded in
death by seven brothers and five sisters.
She was also preceded in death by her husband of 58 years,
Rev. Charles Simmons and their son, Larry Simmons in 2000.

She was a member of the Sedalia Church of Christ
in Christian Union, Sedalia, OH.

She is survived by her loving family;
two daughters; Leona Ellars and Donna (Dwayne) Snyder, Tampa, FL
son, Dr. Robert (Jeanette) Simmons, AZ,
daughter-in-law; Faith Simmons, OH,
brother; Eugene Everetts, OH,
grandchildren; Debra Hayford, Tampa,
Damon (Peggy) Snyder, Lutz, FL,
Scott (June) Simmons, Todd Simmons, Megann Simmons, OH,
Christian Simmons, Heather (Brett) Everett and
Heidi (Michael) Gray, AZ,
great-grandchildren; Jason Hayford, Emily and Caleb Simmons,
Larissa Simmons, Logan Siscot, Brandon and Brittany Snyder,
Nathaniel and Hannah Everett and
many nieces, nephews and friends.

The family will receive friends on Friday, March 16, 2007 from
6:00 pm - 8:00 pm at Serenity Meadows Funeral Home.
On Saturday, March 17, 2007 at 10:00 am
Chaplain Merrie Pabellon will conduct a funeral service at
Serenity Meadows Funeral Home Chapel.
