Gonzalez, Geraldine B. "Geri", 80, beloved mother and grandmother, went to her final resting place on August 13, 2013. She is preceded in death by her first husband, Malcolm Sammons; her second husband, Edward Gonzalez; and her three brothers and two sisters. Geri is survived by her loving family, children, Ralph (Doris) Cooper of Jacksonville, Malcolm (Stephanie) Sammons of Rotunda, Mike (Annette) Sammons of Venice and Roxi Johansmeyer of Seffner; sister, Barbara Jackson of Alabama; 11 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; her extended family members and many friends. There will be a memorial service on Friday, August 23, 2013 at 7:00 pm at Serenity Meadows Funeral Home, with a visitation one hour prior. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Family and Friends Assembly Church Building Fund 17307 Carlton Branch Dr. Wimauma, FL 33598.
