George Thomas Eldridge, 68, of Seffner Florida passed away on Wednesday, February 16, 2011. Born in Huntsville,Alabama, Mr. Eldridge had been a local resident for 25 years having moved here from Indiana. He was a member of the Seffner Church of Christ. Mr. Eldridge owned and operated A 1 Accountants, Inc., with offices in St. Petersburg, Tampa, and Brandon. He was a member of the National Association of Enrolled Agents. He enjoyed Bible study, preaching and teaching the Gospel and had preached full time in Ohio, Indiana, and Louisiana for 16 years. He also enjoyed studying tax court cases. Survivors included his loving wife of 45 years ,Lillie, brothers; James Albert Eldridge, Howard Richard Eldridge, sister; Margie Odell Travis, and many nephews and nieces. He was preceded in death by his parents; Albert and Myrtle Eldridge, brother; James W. Eldridge, sister; Lela Pearl Viegler and infant daughter; Robin Lee Eldridge. The family will recieve friends at the Seffner Church of Christ, 621 E. Wheeler Rd. Seffner, Florida 33584 on Friday, February 18, 2011 from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. Funeral services will be held on Saturday February 19 at 10:00 A. M. at the church. Burial will follow at Serenity Meadows Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers ,donations may be made to the Heart Association, Diabetes Association, or Hospice.
