CARLIN, George V., 69, passed away March 8, 2007.
He was born May 18, 1937 in New York City, NY, son of
the late George V. and Theresa (Senior) Carlin.
Formerly of Babylon, NY he moved to Riverview, FL four
years ago, George loved fishing.
He served in the US Navy.
He is survived by his loving family, his wife of 47
years, Carol (Grohbrugge) Carlin,
son, Dr. Christopher J. Carlin, Nevada, MO,
daughters, Cynthia A. Sharkey (Brian) and Kimberly A.
Montanino (Nick), both of Wallingford, CT and Stacey
A. Carlin, Babylon, NY,
four grandchildren, Megan and Lauren Sharkey and Ryan
and Kaitlin Montanino,
two sisters, Mary Hrostoski, Liverpool, OH and
Elizabeth Slattery, Jensen Beach, FL.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Theresa Etter.
Visitation will be Monday, March 12, 2007 from 6:00 pm
- 8:00 pm at Serenity Meadows Funeral Home Chapel. A
Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, March 13,
2007 at 10:00 am at St. Stephen Catholic Church.
