Gail Owen, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and devoted follower of Jesus Christ, passed away peacefully on September 28, 2026, surrounded by her husband and children.

Gail was born on July 3, 1942, in Gadsden, Alabama. Throughout her life, her greatest love was her family and her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

Gail had a strong and unwavering faith that was evident in the way she lived her life. She didn’t simply speak about her faith—she lived it. Her love for Jesus was a testimony to everyone who knew her, and through her words, her prayers, and the example she set, she led many people to Christ. Her life was a beautiful reflection of God’s love, grace, and faithfulness.

Jesus created a perfect mother when He created Gail. She always dreamed of having a big family, and she was blessed beyond measure to see that dream come true. Her family was her greatest joy, and she loved each of them deeply and unconditionally.

Gail is survived by her beloved husband, Joseph; her sons, Todd (Barb) and Michael; her daughters, Amy (Dennis) and Kristi; her granddaughter, Brooke (Matthew); her grandson, Brian; and her three great-grandchildren, Monroe, Lennox, and Owen.

Her family will forever cherish the love, faith, wisdom, prayers, and memories she gave them. The impact of her life will continue through the generations she loved so dearly and through the many lives she touched along the way.

Though our hearts are broken by her passing, we find comfort knowing that Gail is now in the presence of the Jesus she loved so faithfully. Her faith was not only something she believed—it was the foundation of her life and the legacy she leaves behind.

She will be forever loved, forever remembered, and forever missed until the day we join her in Heaven.

There will be a visitation held for Gail on Thursday, October 1, 2026 from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m. at Serenity Meadows Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 2, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. followed by a graveside service at Serenity Meadows Memorial Park. 

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations by made in Gail's Memory to either the Angel Foundation FL or the Tony Saladino Baseball Tournament. Your generosity and support would be a wonderful way to honor Gail's memory.
