On May 18, 2021, Gabe Velez passed away at his home in Brandon, Florida. He was born in Bronx, New York to Evelyn and the late Rolando Velez. Gabe enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his sons Gabe Jr., and Luis. He loved joking around and could always put a smile on your face. Gabe was such a big hearted guy who would do anything for anyone. He enjoyed muscle cars and having fun at the casino. Gabe leaves behind his sons, Gabe Jr. and Luis Velez, his mother Evelyn Velez, siblings, Wanda Velez, RJ Velez, Josh Velez, Paul Velez, Mike Velez and Ezra Vega. To know Gabe was to love him.

The family will receive friends on Monday, May 31 ^st from 11 am to 12 noon when a Funeral Service will be held. Gabe will be laid to rest with his father, Rolando, in Serenity Meadows Memorial Park at a later date.
