Skipper, Frankie I, 73 of Gibsonton, FL died peacefully on June 5, 2015. Born in Jamestown, NY on January 9, 1942 to Frank C. Covey and Norma Carlson Covey Reeves. Loving wife to Jerry E. Skipper (deceased in 2002). Pre-deceased by her sisters and a brother: Mildred, Elizabeth and Thomas. Loving Mother of Children: Gary (Tena), Dianna (Allen), Renee' (Jeffrey) ~ Step-Children: Tina, Bryant and Joel. Step-Brother: Alan ~ Step-Sister: Kay (Kelly), 10 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Frankie graduated from Brewster Vocational High School in Tampa (Class of 1960). She was Lutheran by faith. She previously worked for RDK Truck Sales as a parts manager. She was a longtime member of American Legion Auxiliary Post 148 in Riverview. She was an avid fan of NASCAR, ARCA and the Tampa Bay Rays. In lieu of flowers, please donate to the Breast Cancer Awareness in her memory. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
