On Friday, April 12, 2019, Frank Thomas Suri, Sr. (Tommy) passed away at the age of 75 years young.

Tommy was born on March 26, 1944 in Poughkeepsie, NY to Fred and Helen Suri.  Tommy resided in the Tampa/Riverview area since he was approximately two years old.  He worked for Peoples Gas/TECO for 35 years and then opened his own automotive repair business in 1998 and retired in 2006.

He served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam Era from 1965 to 1971.  During his enlistment he was a member of the military police and a cook.  He was an avid NASCAR fan, antique car enthusiast, skilled pool player and animal lover.

He was known for his charming personality and his kind spirit and was well-loved by all who met him.

Tommy is survived by Ellen Suri, his wife of 31 years and a large, loving family which includes his sister, children, grandchildren, a great granddaughter and many great friends.
