Romano, Frank J., 92, of Valrico passed away on December 11, 2012. He was born on November 28, 1920 in Brooklyn, New York to the late Ralph and Lisa (Cantone) Romano. Frank is survived by his wife of 63 years Carmel (Marino) Romano. Frank proudly served his country during WWII in the Army. Along with his wife, Frank is survived by a son; Ralph (Robin) Romano, a daughter; Elise (Paul) Morley, a sister; Ann Marino, 5 grandchildren, and 1 great grandchild. "His quiet strength and subtle sense of humor will be missed by all who knew him." Frank was preceded in death by a daughter; Joan Hebrank, and a sister; Vinny Bruno. A Funeral service will take place on Monday December 17, 2012 at Serenity Meadows at 10am. A viewing will take place on Sunday December 16, 2012 from 4-6pm at the funeral home. Burial with Military Honors will take place at Serenity Meadows Memorial Park.
