Heilman, Frank M., 47, of Riverview, passed away on May 11, 2018. He was a loving and devoted husband, who treasured the time he spent with his family. He enjoyed visiting the gun range and was a knife collector. He is preceded in death by his father, Marshall Heilman; and son, Tim Madden. Frank is survived by his loving family, wife, Loretha Heilman; mother, Nguyen Heilman; children, Anissa Manza, and James Madden; grandchildren, Macrae Manza, JT Madden, Taylor Madden, and Logan Madden. There will be a memorial gathering on Saturday, May 19, 2018 from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm at Serenity Meadows Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the SPCA at spcatampabay.org.
