Frank Allen Hagaman Jr., age 80, St. Petersburg, Florida, passed away on Wednesday, July 24, 2024. He was preceded
In death by his parents, Frank Allen Hagaman Sr. and Belle Watkins Hagaman, and brother Bob(Betty) Watkins and sister Sherrill(Jack) Hagaman Creed.

Frank is survived by his loving wife Gay Ann Hagaman, and his children Kenzel Hagaman,Allen(Emily) Hagaman,James (Van)Ostrand,Janeen(Michael) Hambleton :grandchildren Tobias Burack,Layla Mary Burack, Frank Hagaman IV and Frederick Hagaman,Michael and Layla Hambleton,Owen McCourt and Mila Ostrand: sister Wanda Watkins Kilby, sister Carol Hagaman Young, and many nieces and nephews.

Frank was born in North Wilkesboro, NC, graduated from Appalachian High School in 1962 and from Appalachian Teacher's College in 1966, now Appalachian State University, both in Boone ,NC. He married and raised a family with multiple assignments in Management with JC Penney Company around the Southeast United States. He lived in Pinellas County Florida for the last 50 years, and became an avid gardener, working in the yard in his St. Petersburg, Florida home. He and his wife Gay Ann, were very fond of their many dogs through the years, and enjoyed wonderful meals often with family in their quaint neighborhood. Frank will always be remembered for his personality, humor, and talents organizing sports activities, and his avid support for the Tampa Bay Rays, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and Duke University Sports.

Frank was a member of St. Raphael's Catholic Church in St. Petersburg, Florida.
