DEMPSEY, Frank Wayne, 92 of Brandon passed away on Sunday, October 19, 2008. Frank was a lifelong resident of the Brandon Area and noted as the oldest resident of Brandon. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge #114 and loved restoring old cars. He is predeceased by his wife of 65 years, Nathan Dempsey. He is survived by: son, Jim Dempsey; daughter, Carol Hurley; grandchildren, Brian, Scott, Michelle, and Kevin; eight great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, October 21, 2008 from 5:00 - 7:00 PM at Serenity Meadows Memorial Park, 6919 Providence Rd., Riverview.
