Cubbage, Frank, 67, of Thonotosassa went to be with the Lord on July 4, 2014. Survived by his wife Carol Cubbage, 2 sons; Robert Fogarty, and Steven Fogarty, 3 grandchildren; Jessica Fogarty, Hunter Fogarty, and Lixie Gray, and loving sister Ann Schock. Frank served in the US Army during the Vietnam War. He was a member of Bay Life Church, where he served on the parking team for 19 years. A Memorial service will take place on Saturday July 12, 2014 at 3pm at Serenity Meadows Funeral Home. The family will receive guests one hour prior.
