Nowlin, Francisco "Paco", age 62 of Brandon, FL passed away peacefully on November 30, 2015. Paco was born in Sevilla, Spain to military parents William and Rosario Nowlin. He is survived by his loving wife of 37 years, Stella, his daughters Nancy and Rebecca, his brother Bill and sister Anita as well as six grandchildren and two great grandchildren. The family would like to thank Barnes-Jewish Hospital Cancer Center, St. Louis, MO, for his exceptional care. Services will be held at Serenity Meadows Memorial Park and Funeral Home, 6919 Providence Road, Riverview FL on Monday December 7, 2015 at 7:00pm, the family will greet guests 30 minutes prior.
