West, Frances I., 88, of Riverview passed away on May 6, 2015. She was born on December 4, 1926 in Samson, Alabama to the late Ivy and Clara Rials. Frances spent most of her time caring for her family. Frances was a member of the First Baptist Church of Riverview. She is survived by her children; Peggy (Michael) Dearth, Linda Coker, and Patricia (Keith) Lanier, daughter in law Judy Harris, grandchildren; Paige (Marc) Hamlin, Kari Hayes, Melanie Sidoti, Shane Haney, Shawn Haney, Billie Jo (Dale) Kirby, Thomas Harris, Brian (Kelly) Lanier, and Greg Lanier (Tim Linquist), 15 great grandchildren, and brother James (Elnor) Rials. Frances was preceded in death by two sons; Billy Rex Harris, and W.C. Harris, Jr., and two brothers; Cecil Rials, and I.D. Rials. A Funeral service will take place on Monday, May 11, 2015 at 1pm at Serenity Meadows Funeral Home. The family will receive guests from 12pm to the start of the service.
