McClurg, Frances B., 68, of Valrico passed away on November 8, 2013. Frances was born on April 13, 1945 in Oak Ridge, Tenn. She was the wife of David McClurg, with whom she shared 32 years of marriage. Along with her husband, Frances is survived by her mother Geraldine Blair, and several nieces and nephews. Frances was preceded in death by her father William Blair, and a brother.
