Harper, Frances, 90, of Riverview, FL, passed away on July 24, 2018. Frances enjoyed crocheting, working on cross stitch projects, and was an avid doll collector. She enjoyed planting flowers and vegetables, and was often out 'picking peas and butter beans' with her dear friend Lynette. She is preceded in death by her brothers, Millard, Byron, Carthell, Edward, Billy Joe, Samuel; and sisters, Minnie Ree, Catherine, Fleda Ann, Nell, and Bobbie. Frances is survived by her loving family, husband of 67 years, Grover "Cecil" Harper; son, Michael (Lori) Harper; daughters, Judy (Alfred) Silence, and Cynthia (David) Alicea; brother, Thomas (Mary) Duncan; sister, Phala Duncan; 8 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and her beloved dog, Buddy. There will be a funeral service on Saturday, July 28, 2018 at 11:00 am at Serenity Meadows Funeral Home, with a visitation one hour prior.
