Frances M. Cutri, formerly from Syracuse NY and Valrico Florida, passed away July 27th, 2014. Frances is survived by her son Frank (Dianne) Cutri and grandchildren Alexander and Alanna Cutri. Sisters, Vinny Shattuck and Viola Santacrose. A private memorial will be held in Valrico, Florida.
