Frances Craig Carrillo, 85, of Riverview, Florida passed away November 13, 2022 at home.  Born in Counce, Tennessee she moved with her family to New Albany, MS while her father was in the Navy.  During her high school years she lived in Millington, TN and graduated from high school.  After graduation she moved to Tampa, FL to live with her Aunt Florence.  There she met her husband and raised her family.  She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Frances Phyfer; her siblings, Robert Phyfer, Martha Nelms Long, and George Martin Phyfer; her grandson Kevin Marcus Carrillo, and her Aunt Florence Craig. Frances is survived by her husband, Albert Carrillo, Jr.; her children, Kathleen Carrillo Smith (James), Keith Alan Carrillo (Julie), and Craig Martin Carrillo; her brother Charles Edward Phyfer; her grandchildren, Katherine Elizabeth Robinson (Vincent), Sarah Anne Burkhead (Dustin), Kyle Austin Carrillo, and Trent Anthony Carrillo; her great grandchildren, Lily Anne Burkhead, Abigail Grace Robinson, Brayden Paul Burkhead, Payton Elizabeth Robinson and Alana Grace Carrillo; and many nephews and nieces.

Frances loved her family and friends and would do anything for them.  Her home was an open door to everyone.  She was a great teacher and loved her children so much that they became part of her family.  To celebrate every event of life Fran would throw the best parties.  Her faith was deep and she lived her life through God's word.
