McCall, Foy Marcella, 81, of Dover passed away on January 7, 2015. She was born on November 10, 1933 in Tampa, Florida to the late Evander and Rosa Lee Thomas. Foy was preceded in death by her husband James Allen McCall, who passed away in 1991. Foy was a lifetime resident of the Tampa Bay area. She was an accomplished cosmetologist. Recently, at age 79 after 20 years of service, she retired as a team leader in the telemetry unit at University Community Hospital. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star Temple Terrace Chapter #277 and Baptist by faith. Foy is survived by her two daughters; Cynthia McCall, and Kim (MG) Costello, and grandson Cole. A Celebration of Life will take place on Saturday, January 17, 2015 at 10am at Serenity Meadows Funeral Home, with the family receiving guests from 9:30am to the start of the service. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Tampa Firefighters Charity Fund at 3116 N. Boulevard, Tampa, Florida 33603.
