Evelyn C. "Evie" Sembler 91 of Sun City Center, Florida passed away Sunday, March 4, 2018.  She was a member of Prince of Peace Catholic Church, and retired as a Bookkeeper from the book publishing industry after 41 years of service with the W. W. Norton & Company, Inc. in New York, New York.  She was endearingly known as "The Detective".  Mrs. Sembler is predeceased by her husband William Sembler.  She is survived by her son William Sembler, Jr.; daughter, Lynne Farrar; 2 grandchildren, Patricia Farrar, and William Farrar; 5 great grandchildren Ismael Lopez, Destiny Lopez, William Farrar, Jr., Gregory Farrar, and Evan Farrar.  A Funeral Mass will be celebrated for the repose of her sole at 10:00AM, Thursday, March 15, 2018 at the Prince of Peace Catholic Church in Sun City Center, Florida.  Inurnment will be at a later date beside her beloved husband at Calverton National Cemetery in Riverhead, New York.
