Eva "Eve" Plevyak, 77, of Zephyrhills passed away November 1, 2016. She is preceded in death by her son Mark. Eve is survived by her loving husband of 57 years, Jerome "Jerry"; son, Gary Plevyak; daughters, Kim Cornell, Karen Hay and Julie Cannon; 10 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
