Roussell, Ethan Carter, 2 years old, passed away on July 2, 2020. Ethan was a beloved son, brother, and grandchild. He is survived by his loving parents, Stephanie and Timothy; siblings, Krista, Emily, Steven, Avery, and Bella; grandparents, Dianne Roussell, Lee Lee and Bill; and Joan and Kent; and many aunts, uncles and an extended family.
