Kelley, Esther R., 83, of Brandon, passed away on March 1, 2008. Esther was born on July 23, 1924 in Chipley, FL. She is preceded in death by her husband, Carlie Kelley, and son, Phillip R. Kelley. Esther is survived by her loving family: sons, Carl (Arlene) and Kenneth (Elizabeth); sister, Evelyn Moon; grandchildren, Dean (Heidi), Rodd (Kate), and Dale; and great grandchildren, Ryan, Cade, Jessica and Tanner. There will be a gathering of family and friends on Wednesday, March 5, 2008 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Serenity Meadows Funeral Home.
