Ms. Esterlina Q. Dayrit, age 93, of Brandon, passed away Tuesday, May 18, 2021 in Tampa, Florida.  She was born on March 12, 1928 in _Capas, Tarlac, Philippines.  She was the daughter of the late _Lutgarda Capitulo &_Ireneo Quizon.

Esterlina was the wife of the late Porfirio R. Dayrit who died in 1984; mother of Aurea (late Rodolfo) Cunanan of Tampa, Florida; the late  Godofredo Q. Dayrit  (Merlin) of Maliwalo, Tarlac City, Philippines, late Jose Q. Dayrit (late Eliza) of Brgy Trinidad, Tarlac City, Philippines;  Rufina (Timothy J.) Pachla of Brandon, FL and Ceferino Q. Dayrit (Nina)  of Brandon, FL.  Grandmother of Karen (Efren) Grace, Jorenz, Krizel (Mon), Maricris, Timothy Jr. (Michelle), Irvin, Angela (Tommy), Jenny (Brad), Galil (Dodd), Lauro, Tehsa, Carmina (Ryan), Astra, Mac, Bernadelli, Lovely Lyn, and Charity Claire Sullivan.  Great grandmother of Gezairah, Alexandria, Maverik, Sophia, Gavin,  Adelynn, Leon, Karylle Elyssa, Kirk Emmanuelle, Kaedreen, Samantha and Aubrey.  She was the oldest sister of the late Rafael Quizon, late Alicia Yumul, late Aurora Juanillo (Saturnino), the late Prospero Quizon (Dolores), Ludy Crockett (late Bobby), Lely Horath (Bernd), Dolores Swisher (late Ed). She will be forever remembered by her numerous family members.

The simplest pleasures in life brought great joy to Esterlina.  She enjoyed a lovely evening watching her grandbabies. She loved spending time in the kitchen, creating delicious Filipino meals for her family. She had an uncanny ability to find delight in her daily activities. Her pleasing personality was contagious to everyone she met.

A viewing will be held on June 4, 2021 from 11:00am-1:00pm at  Serenity Meadows Funeral Home, 6919 Providence Road, Riverview, Fl 33578, followed by a funeral mass at Resurrection Catholic Church, Riverview, Fl from 1:30pm -2:30pm.  Burial will take place after the mass at Serenity Meadows.
