Ernesto Bigornia, 69, of Valrico, FL, returned to his heavenly home on November 23, 2020.

Ernesto was born in the Philippines on October 8, 1951 and moved to the US to pursue and marry the love of his life, Guia. After working for 20+ years at Time Warner, he became a Licensed Practical Nurse and worked at Hawthorne Assisted Living and most recently at Tessera Assisted Living, where he proudly served the residents and their families with great love and compassion. He died as a brave Frontline Hero. He was a member of Bell Shoals Church, Brandon Campus.
Ernesto is survived by his wife Guia, whom he married in March 1987 in New York, and his daughter Sam, who followed in his footsteps to become an RN,BSN. Ernesto and Guia lived in Bellerose, New York before moving to Florida 28 years ago.
All who knew Ernesto will always remember him as a fiercely devoted and loving husband and dad.
A celebration of Ernesto's life will be held in the future when it is safe for all of his loved ones to gather. Guia and Sam will be honoring his wishes to be cremated .
His ashes will be interred at Pinelawn Memorial Park in Long Island, New York at a later date.
