CARRUBBA, Elvira, 84 of Sun City Center passed away on Monday, March 17, 2008. Elvira moved to the area 10 years ago from Brooklyn, NY and was Catholic by faith. She was a very loving, Wife, Mother, Nonna, Madrina, and friend. She loved to crochet, knit, and take care of her family. She is survived by: her loving husband of 62 years, Salvatore; son, Jose Carrubba; daughters, Belen Maria and Gloria Maria; 2 grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 10: 00 AM on Friday, March 21, 2008 at Serenity Meadows Memorial Park, 6919 Providence Rd., Riverview. The family will receive friends from 6:00 - 8:00 PM on Wednesday, March 19, 2008, and again from 2:00 - 4:00 PM and 6:00 - 8:00 PM on Thursday, March 20, 2008.
