Ellen Noelle Lookabill, 48, of Brandon, passed away on September 15, 2019. She was born in Providence, RI to Robert and Rosemary Barber on December 12, 1970. Ellen attended Bishop Feehan High School in RI, and studied at Newbury College, MA. She moved to South Sea Plantation on Captiva Island, FL where she met her future husband, Eric Lookabill. They lived in several different areas, including White Mountains, NH, Marco Island, FL, and Lake Oconee, GA, before settling down in Brandon, FL.

Ellen was a kind and loving soul who enjoyed laughing and spending time with her family and friends and could light up a room with her unforgettable smile. She was known to love the comforts of society but would happily chase every pretty butterfly upon sight. When not holding marathon phone calls with her friends generously sharing laughter and tears Ellen would pass the time on the patio avidly reading novels and watching families of cardinals at her bird feeder.

She has been reunited with her mother in heaven, Rosemary Gall Barber. Ellen is survived by her loving family, husband of 20 years, Eric Lookabill; son, Aidan Lookabill; father, Bob Barber; and brother, Rob Barber. There will be a memorial service on Monday, September 23, 2019 at 11:00 am at Serenity Meadows Funeral Home, the family will greet guests a half hour prior.
