Stark, Elizabeth Faulkner, 88, of Brandon, passed away
on June 22, 2007. She moved to the Brandon area from
Maryland in 1999. She was retired from the Federal
Government, where she worked as an executive
secretary. Elizabeth enjoyed crossword puzzles, sewing
and the beach. She was an Eastern Star when she was a
member of the Mt. Vernon Place Methodist Church in
Washington D.C. She was a member of the St. Andrews
United Methodist Church in Brandon and a member of the
Joy Club and the Dorcas Circle. She was received by
Jesus and welcomed into heaven by her parents: Robert
Curry Faulkner and Annie Whiteside Faulkner, and
sisters: Catherine Johnston, Susie Clinton, Bobbie
Hoffman, and Isabelle Firth. She is survived by her
son: Robert "Bob" (Ruthie) Stark of Brandon; her
sisters: Mary Burgess of Oceanside California, and
Ella Page of Highland Maryland; grandson: Bobby
(Patti) Stark; great-grandchildren: Pierce, Heather,
and Holly; and great-great-grandchild: Brooke; all of
Lutz, Florida. There will be a memorial gathering,
Celebrating Elizabeth's Life on Wednesday June 27,
2007 at 6:00 p.m. at Serenity Meadows Funeral Home.
She will be inurned with her parents at the Woodside
Cemetery, in her birthplace of Clover, South
Carolina, on her birthday July 1, 2007.
