Elizabeth "Betty" Johnson Breede, age 80, of Tampa, FL, passed away on July 8, 2023. Born January 4, 1943, to Oscar and Mary Johnson in Scarsdale, NY, she attended Immaculate Heart of Mary School in Scarsdale and Immaculata College of Washington. Betty married Walter John Breede III on June 8, 1963, and enjoyed a loving marriage of 58 years. During that time, they traveled the world, surrounding themselves with their five children and seven grandchildren and laughing with their friends and family. Betty is survived by her daughters Karen Vesey and Anne Marie Rowe, sons Mark, David, and Erik Breede, and grandchildren Anna, Stephen, Reagan, Gavin, and Ethan Breede, and Audrey and Zane Rowe. She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter.

A memorial service will be held on 27 July, 10:30 AM, at Serenity Meadows Memorial Park Funeral Home in Riverview. Betty will be interred with Walter at Bay Pines National Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
