Boyd, Elizabeth, 87, of Riverview, passed away on January 6, 2011. Elizabeth was a member of Boyette Spring Church of God, she loved spending time with her family, cooking, gardening and fishing. She is preceded in death by her husband, Russell Boyd, and her son, Clyde Boyd. Elizabeth is survived by her loving family, sons, Brady (Jan) Boyd, Ronnie (Norma) Boyd, Billy (Georgiana) Boyd and Russell (Jody) Boyd, Jr; daughters, Shirley Simpson and Wanda (Archie) Brown; 17 grandchildren; 37 great-grandchildren; and 11 great-great-grandchildren. There will be a visitation on Friday, January 7, 2011 from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Boyette Springs Church of God. A funeral service for Elizabeth will be held on Saturday, January 8, 2011 at 1:00 pm at the church. She will be laid to rest in Hackney Cemetery next to her husband, Russell.
