Easterwood, Eldon Ray "Al," 78, of Brandon Florida passed away Saturday morning, September 21, 2013. He was born July 10, 1935 in Dyer Tennessee and raised in Hickman Kentucky. He served 21 years in the U.S. Air Force and was a member of the Elks in Brandon Florida. He is survived by two daughters and son-in-laws, Joanne and Steve Updike and Betty C. and Jeff Schleif; four grandchildren, Christina L. Appin, Brittany N., Breanna R. and Dalton Ray Easterwood, and three great granddaughters. He was preceded in death by his son, Eldon Ray Easterwood Jr. A memorial service will be held Saturday, October 5, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at Serenity Meadows Funeral Home for family, friends, and neighbors" (who were close to his heart). There will be a short service inside followed by military honors outside. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Disabled Vets.
