Edwin W. Richards Jr., 83, of Riverview, FL, passed away on Monday, December 23, 2019 at his residence surrounded by his loving family.  Born on September 23, 1936 in New Haven, CT to the proud parents of Edwin W. Sr & Lillian (Waas) Richards, Edwin was a retired accountant.  He moved to the area with his wife in 1985, coming from Connecticut.  Survivors include his beloved wife of 61 years, E. Patricia Richards of Riverview FL; his three loving daughters: Deborah (Hazen) Hatch of Apollo Beach, FL Pamela (Rick) Robertson and Diane (Brian) Fenimore, both of Tampa, FL; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by his brother, Gary Richards.  Arrangements are under the artful care of Serenity Meadows Funeral Home, Riverview, FL
